About me

WHY I “WROTE THE BOOK” ON PERMANENT BODY TRANSFORMATION

  • My body struggles used to make me feel like a failure. Always busy and confused about what to do, I battled “rollercoaster” results for decades. Facing divorce and business bankruptcy, I finally said, “enough,” and found a way to make my results last – in my mid 40’s.

  • Today, I mentor others on how they too, can overcome their struggles and enjoy a permanent body transformation. I even wrote a bestselling book about it. (Hint: It starts in the mind).
