This went on for years until my life hit rock bottom—I was facing a divorce and bankruptcy.

To turn my life around, I doubled down on learning how to finally build — and maintain — a body I’m proud of while balancing work and life. My transformation changed everything for the better! My confidence, energy, and performance went through the roof! Inspired, I developed my Nine Shifts framework, now a bestselling book, to coach other over-40 professionals on how to achieve meaningful change.

What will I get out of this challenge?

This Challenge is short, but impactful. If you approach it with a committed and open mind, you will learn proven strategies to elevate your mindset, boost your metabolism and energy, and overcome life obstacles that have stopped you in the past from having a healthy and body you want.

It’s designed for the over-40 professional who feels too overwhelmed or unsure about how to improve their body and their health. It’s designed to show you a proven, efficient system that has helped hundreds of professionals overcome their struggles and adopt a sustainable lifestyle.

You just want a quick fix, are seeking gimmicks or free stuff, are close-minded and not coachable.

How is your approach different?

Most approaches fail because they only focus on diet and exercise.

My approach, called The Nine Shifts method, goes beyond typical programs by leveraging deep mindset transformation principles that cut to the heart of mental blocks, like emotional eating, limiting beliefs, and low motivation.

It also accounts for external obstacles like limited time, external stress, and disruptions in our routine travel or social events.

My holistic body transformation approach is featured in my book, The Nine Shifts, which has gone on to be a bestseller. It’s a science-based method that has been proven with hundreds of professionals over the age of 40.

How much time is required to participate?

Good question! Not including time to exercise (which will be optional during the challenge), you will need about 10–15 minutes per day, reviewing a short video and/or reading that day’s email.

There will also be some small mini tasks, like tracking hydration, getting steps in, etc.

We will have only one or two live, 30-45 minute calls to attend during the 14 days, the rest you can do whenever you can fit it in.

What do I need in order to participate?

You will not need much to participate, but that depends on the level of activity you plan on committing to during the challenge.
If you are currently sedentary, committing to walking or some kind of light cardio during the 14 days is enough.

If you have some training equipment and would like to ease into training, or add on to what you’re already doing, the equipment you already have access to will be enough.

Optionally, we will provide links to a set of adjustable resistance bands for those who would like to go that route.

How do I get the best results?

To maximize your results from the Challenge, it all starts with the mindset and energy you bring.

This challenge is NOT a typical fitness or weight loss challenge. You do NOT need to try to lose as much weight as possible during the Challenge to win a silly prize.
In this Challenge, you’ll be learning how to overcome mental and life obstacles keeping you from the body and health you want.

So come focused, take it seriously, and do your best to integrate the new thinkig and habits you learn into your life.

Additionally, engagement will be important, so, once per day, briefly stop by the group, engage with me, the content and the members. Be sure to ask any questions and let us know about any struggles.

Do I have to interact with other participants?

It’s not mandatory, but we do encourage it. Contributing to others in your cohort is both fulfilling and motivating.
Being vulnerable and sharing your struggles helps us support you.
Celebrating your wins, no matter how small, help us acknowledge you and inspires others (plus it increases your motivation!).

Is the challenge totally free?

Yes, it is 100% free and there is no credit card or payment required to join the Challenge. We offer this Challenge to further our mission of showing people a better way to reach their health goals in a way that is meaningful, lasting and truly transformative.

We also do it to showcase the results we’ve gotten for others, in order to inspire you into action. During the Challenge, we will share a bit about how our coaching and ongoing accountability program works.

What happens after the challenge?

Those who are interested in working with us beyond the 14 days will learn how they can apply to our body transformation Foundations program. But there is no obligation to do so.

Those who choose not to, will have a customized body transformation plan based on my Nine Shifts framework they can walk away with and implement in to their lives.

Either way, all participants are welcome to partake in our Motivated Body Challenge!
